What My Children Eat in a Day | Healthy and Simple Meals
I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, we went off of the menu a little, but that’s okay because our menus are created to be flexible.
Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!
Breakfast: Green Pancakes topped with cranberry sauce and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Quiet Time: Bible study and quiet toys for some peaceful moments. @bibleinayearpodcast
Second Breakfast: Rice cakes topped with various spreads—peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, and guacamole.
Playtime: Outdoor fun in the snow!
Lunch: Egg salad sandwiches on sourdough bread, served with @bouldercanyon Potato Chips.
Advent Calendars: Opening @lego calendars and reading Advent books together.
Dinner: Who-Beef Slow Cooker Stew paired with refreshing kombucha.
Snack: A selection of treats, including @lesserevilsnacks Popcorn, @annieshomegrown Cheesy Smile Puffs, and homemade Ginger Molasses Cookies.
Movie Night: Cozy up to watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!
