Ingredients
• 2 medium sized ripe bananas (mashed)
• ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• ¼ cup butter/ vegetable oil / coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ cups whole wheat flour for a healthier option
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4th tsp baking soda
• 1/8th tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
• 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well until combined.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder (if using).
4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Do not overmix—stop once no dry flour is visible.
5. Add Walnuts & Chocolate Chips : Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and Chocolate Chips.
