I’ve lost over 130 pounds and have kept it off. Now I’m sharing some recipes with you that I eat that have helped me stay lean while still enjoying delicious meals all the time!

These buffalo ranch chicken burgers are tasty, filling, lean and high in protein! I eat chicken burgers regularly and so here’s one way I enjoy making mine.

RECIPE:
Burger Patty Ingredients:
1 lb / 454g Ground Chicken
1/2 tbsp / 4g Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning
1 tbsp / 14g Buffalo Sauce
32g crumbled feta cheese
131g fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Other Ingredients:
2 Bettergoods Keto Hamburger Buns
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray
Cooking spray
Fat Free Ranch
Dill Pickle Chips
Seasoned Salt or Soul Seasoning (optional)

Mix all ingredients except the buns and seasoned salt together thoroughly, then form into 4 equal sized burger patties.

Spray the insides of the hamburger buns with I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter spray and toast them on a griddle on medium heat. Once the buns are toasted, take them off the griddle, spray the griddle with cooking spray and place the 4 burger patties on the griddle. OPTIONAL: sprinkle a TINY bit of seasoned salt or soul seasoning on the patties. After a few minutes, flip the burger patties and cook until done (around 165° F / 75° C)

Place 2 burger patties on the bottom buns (save the other 2 for another meal) and top each burger with 1/2 tbsp of fat free ranch, 1/4 tbsp of buffalo sauce and 3 dill pickle chips. Then place the top buns on and enjoy!
