This recipe is a simple snack recipe yet very healthy & delicious. One can serve it as a party starter or could be given to kids in breakfast or as evening snack.I have deep fried it you can choose the healthy version and bake it too.

[ Ingredients ]

Boiled rice – 1 cup
Boiled potato – 1 medium sized
Mixed & chopped veggies – 1 cup(Carrots, beans, capsicum)
Chopped green chillies – 2
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped onions -1/4 cup
Chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1tsp
Red chilli pd – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Cheese slices as required
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
