This was my most saved and shared recipe on Instagram (follow me there as well!) so I had to re-share.

This 3 ingredient, high protein (no protein powder) treat is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth while still getting in a good amount of protein.

I promise you do not taste the cottage cheese. This texture is creamy and is somehow a cross between fudge and ice cream. You need to make this!

How to make:

1.5 cups cottage cheese (I use @good_culture )
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup @pascha.chocolate semi sweet dark (or milk) chocolate chips (I wouldn’t advise using unsweetened for this recipe)
Dash of salt
OPTIONAL – 2-3 TBS monk fruit, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice. I don’t need this, but if you truly hate cottage cheese/have a sweet tooth you may need to sweeten more based on the kind of chocolate you use. Taste before freezing, and adjust ❤️

*Blend cottage cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Melt chocolate. Mix the chocolate and cottage cheese mixture together and add a pinch of salt. Pour into a parchment lined 8×8 pan and freeze for 3 hours. Cut into squares and store in freezer. Let thaw 1-2 min before eating.*
