Make this delicious and super simple Date Bark with just 3 wholesome ingredients! 🍫✨

1. 20 Dates: Packed with natural sweetness and a great source of fibre, dates help with digestion and are rich in essential minerals like potassium and magnesium.

2. 3-4 tbsp Peanut Butter: Make sure to use a peanut butter that contains only peanuts (no added seed oils!). This spread is not only creamy and delicious but also a good source of healthy fats, protein, vitamins (e.g. vitamin E) and minerals (e.g. iron, potassium, zinc).

3. 100g Dark Chocolate (85% or higher): Dark chocolate with a high cacao content is loaded with antioxidants, which can improve heart health, lower inflammation, and boost your mood! It’s also a good source of magnesium!

Instructions:

1. Pit the dates and spread them out as a base layer.

2. Drizzle or spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates.

3. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter layer.

4. Pop your bark in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate has hardened.
