Low Carb Bufffalo Chicken Cauliflower Bake!

Alright my buddies we’ve got another super simple recipe. It’s got a ton of protein and is very low carb (keto). It only takes five minutes to throw together and twenty minutes to bake! Leave a comment if you want me to send the recipe to you! Love you

1. In a baking dish combine steamed cauliflower(as much as you want, I just do one bag), shredded chicken (as much as you want) and season those with salt and pepper.
2. In a mixing bowl combine a half block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, half a packet of ranch seasoning, handful of shredded sharp cheddar and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
3. Throw that mixture in the baking pan with a half cup of buffalo sauce and combine throughly.
4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, more sharp cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeños on top.
5. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
