Ingredients:
1 cucumber (finely chopped)
1 carrot (grated or finely chopped)
Same quantity of cabbage (shredded)
1 onion (finely sliced)
2 tbsp yogurt
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp black pepper (optional)
2 tbsp chaat masala (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all vegetables in a bowl.
Add yogurt, salt, chili flakes, and chaat masala.
Mix well and serve fresh!
