Ingredients –
Crunchy Chickpeas :
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp chickpeas flour
1/2 tbsp smoky peri peri powder
1 tsp chilli oil
– Air Fry chickpeas for 10-15 mins at 180C
For Salad :
Lettuce
Capsicum
Cucumber
Onions
Tomato
Coriander
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
1/2 cup crunchy chickpeas
Some feta cheese
For Dressing –
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp salt
