Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings)

– 800g Raw Beef Mince (I use topside/top round beef)
– 20g Grass Fed Butter or Lighter Butter(For cooking)
– 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
– 100g White Onion Chopped
– 75g Each Red/Green/Yellow Bell Peppers (You can use any)
– 1.5 Tsp Salt
– 1.5 Tsp Black Pepper
– 1.5 Tsp Paprika
– 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
– 140g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)
– 50g Shredded Mozzarella
– 3-4 Light Cheese Slices (19g Each)
– 125ml Pasta Water (From the pasta you boil before cooking the rest)
– 240g Uncooked Macaroni / 560g Cooked Macaroni
– Garnish Parsley

Important Cooking Notes
– Cook the Macaroni first in boiling water then remove some pasta water to use later in the recipe for the cheese sauce
– Cook the onions and bell peppers on medium heat in some butter for 5-6 mins till fragrant and soft before adding the beef
– You can either remove the veg when cooking the beef or make a well in the middle like shown in the video
– Cook the beef on high heat for 8 mins with the spices. Should come out golden brown
– Make sure you cook the beef thoroughly before adding the cream cheese and mozzarella
– Lower the heat once you start making the cheese sauce
