You all know I have lost 20kgs of fat and during my fat loss journey I used to take a lot of well balanced desi meals with good protein and fiber content, So in this series I will be sharing all those meals with you all. Here’s the recipe SAVE it you will LOVE it!!🥰

Protein : 15g / serving
I N G R E D I E N T S : (makes 2 big paratha)
For Paneer Paratha –
1 tsp chilli garlic oil (recipe in reel section)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chilli
5-6 cashew
6-7 raisins
200g paneer
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp garam masala
Some coriander
Atta
• Pan fry paratha with 1/2 tbsp GHEE for healthy fats
• Serve with SPROUTS CURD for probiotics and protein
