Hi all. This is Monica Ravikumar. In this video, I have shared a heathy, yummy and super breakfast/dinner recipe which can be served hot with coconut chutney. Ingredients:
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-1 1/2 tsps
Channa dal-1 1/2 tsps
Cumin seeds (Jeera)-1tsp
Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- A few
Dried red chilli-2
Coconut-1 shell grated
Coconut oil-2tsps
Kozhukattai flour-1cup
Water-3cups
Salt- As per taste
