Cabbage (2lb | 1kg)
1 celery bunch (1lb | 400g)
parsley (4oz | 100g)
sliced raw beetroot (21oz | 600g)
1tbsp pepper mix
1tbsp cumin seeds
3 bay leaves
6 cups water (50fl oz | 1.5L)
2tbsp salt
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp Korean red chilli flakes
