Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
For Preparing Filling:
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 2-4 Curry Leaves
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
– 1/2 Onion (chopped)
– 1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
– 3 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
– 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
– 1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
– 1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
– 1 tsp Chaat Masala
– 2 tbsp Date & Tamarind Chutney
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– Salt

For Preparing Covering:
– 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
– 1/2 cup Plain Flour
– 2 tbsp Rice Flour
– 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
– 3/4 tsp Salt
– Water
