Papad Poha is very healthy snack recipe. You can have it any time of the day with your tea or coffee.

5 Roasted Papad
4 C Roasted Poha Thick (flatten rice or beaten rice)
1/4 C Peanuts
1/4 C Cashews
1 tbsp Raisins
10-12 Chopped Curry Leaves 🍃
3-4 Chopped Green Chili
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/8 tsp asafoetida
1 tbsp Chopped Dry Coconut
Salt to taste
1/8 Tsp dry Mango powder (Amchur powder)
1 tbsp sugar powder ( Confectioner sugar)
