Ingredients
450 g finely ground wheat flour
150 g flour
400 g water
8 g salt
3 g active dry yeast
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl or use a machine if you like to.
Mix with a wooden spoon or just use your hands.
Cover with cling film or a kitchen towel.
Let the dough raise on the kitchen counter overnight.
Dust some flour on the kitchen counter.
Shape the dough as I show in the video and put in a raising basket.
Let it proof for 1 hour.
Place a baking tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper upside down on top of the raising basket.
Flip it over and remove the basket slowly.
Preheat the oven to 185 C / 365 F.
Bake for 45 minutes on 240 C / 464 F.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it rest on a oven grid for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.
Slice it up and enjoy 🙂
