Let’s meal prep layer overnight oats!

Ingredients:
160 g oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla essen-optional
150 g greek yogurt or just unsweetend yogurt
300 ml strawberry yogurt or plain dairy or plant milk

mix well.
sit in a fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
transfer in glass or jar.

layer the overnight oats with
1-2 tablespoon strawberry jam-any fruit jam

repeat the layer.

toppings
granola and coconut chips-optional
