Fish ⬇️ (3 servings)
1.5lb cod (lightly salted)

Dry mixture
1 tsp paprika1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder

Wet mixture
1 beaten egg

Final coating
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes

Honey sriracha glaze
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sriracha
(optional) 2 cloves minced garlic

Coat each cod piece in flour ➡️ then eggs ➡️ then breadcrumbs/cornelajes
Make sure each piece is well-coated and shake off any excess with each step!
➡️ Air fry 390 degrees for 12-14 minutes (watch closely and flip halfway through if need be)
➡️ coat in honey sriracha glaze

Fries (3 servings) ⬇️
2 large russet potatoes (~400g without skin)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp corn starch
