Veggie Moong Dal Khichdi – Iron-Rich Meal
Ingredients:
2 tbsp moong dal
2 tbsp rice
1 small carrot (chopped)
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp ghee
pinch salt
Steps:
1️⃣ Soak dal & rice for 30 min.
2️⃣ Cook with 1 cup water & carrot for 10 min.
3️⃣ Mash lightly & add ghee before serving.
