cut sushi paper into small square sizes that fit into your muffin/cupcake tray. mix 1 cup fresh salmon, diced, with 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha and 1 tbsp soy sauce. fill your muffin tray with sushi paper, then rice and then the fish mixture. bake at 350 F for about 10-12 minutes. top with spicy mayo and sesame seeds.
