Ingredients:

1 ½ cups almond flour
3 dates (pitted and softened)
¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
A pinch of salt
¼ cup dark chocolate (melted, for dipping)
Instructions:

Prepare the dates: If the dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Blend: In a blender or food processor, blend the almond flour, dates, coconut oil, and salt until a dough forms.
Add raspberries: Gently fold in the freeze-dried raspberries.
Shape: Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Melt chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Dip bars: Once the bars have firmed up, dip each one into the melted chocolate, covering half or the whole bar, depending on your preference.
Chill again: Place the chocolate-dipped bars back in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
