This is a Romanian recipe that uses 3 cooked egg yolks and 1 raw egg yolk to make Mayonnaise. Very little oil is required to make this healthy alternative to raw egg Mayonnaise, because the cooked egg yolks congeal the mixture. It is also quite easy to make it by hand without a food processor or blender.

At the end of the video, I use the mayonnaise to garnish a traditional Romanian recipe called “Salata De Beouf”, which is a chopped up potato salad.

You can make the potato salad with chopped up meat(beef,chicken,turkey), potatoes, peas, carrots, pickles, and plenty of mayo. The potatoes should be cooked with the skin, then peeled and chopped up.
