1 cup mixed sprouts (moong beans, chickpeas, etc.)
Semolina ( Rava/ Sooji)
3 garlic
2-3 green chilies
Coriander
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Instructions:

* Blend the mixed sprouts with garlic, green chilies,coriander, semolina & salt to form a smooth batter.
* Add water to achieve the desired consistency.
* Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thin to form a dosa.
* Cook until golden brown on both sides.
* Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
