Navratri Special – Fruit & Nut Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients (serves 2)
200 gm Fat free Yogurt, I am using @oikos_canada
2 tsp overnight soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp date syrup
Fruit of your choice, I am adding 6 grapes chopped, 3 strawberries chopped, 30 gm apples, 20 gm pomegranate, 30 gm mangoes.
Nuts : 2 almonds chopped, 5-6 pumpkin seeds, 2 chopped pistachios & 2 cashew halves
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, chia seeds & date syrup, mix everything well. Add 1 tbsp of water to adjust the consistency of the yogurt.
Now add the fruit and mix well. Serve it chopped, garnish with nuts & seeds of choice.
