ZUCCHINI FROM THE OVEN!

The best idea for zucchini from the oven.
An idea for a quick and cheap lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENT:
• 3 Zucchini

FILLING:
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp sour cream
• olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic (shredded)
• 1 small bundle of parsley (chopped)
• salt
• pepper
• 1 tsp red pepper powder

PREPARATION:

• Wash zucchini and cut the ends.

• Cut them in halves.

• Cut the zucchini in the middle like I did in the video.

• Salt zucchini on both sides, rub it with salt (inside and outside).

• Put zucchini in a casserole covered with baking paper.

• Pour olive oil on the zucchini.

• Put the zucchini in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

• While the zucchini is baking in the oven, prepare the filling.

• Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 2 spoons of sour cream.

• Add 1 teaspoon of mustard.l, 3 shredded cloves of garlic – I’ve used garlic in olive oil that I had.

• Add a bit of salt, pepper l, red pepper powder, olive oil and chopped parsley. I’ve used dried parsley, since I didn’t have fresh parsley but both work just fine.

• After baking in the oven for 30 minites, coat the zucchini with the filling.

• Return the zucchini in the oven for another 10 minutes on 200°C.

• Then serve the zucchini.

Zucchini prepared this way are extremely juicy, and easy to prepare. Enjoy!
