INGREDIENTS

•1.5 cups Greek yogurt, divided
•3/4 cup protein powder (I used birthday cake from @legion – code 2XW)
•1 tbsp pistachio spread (or pistachios, matcha, spirulina or spinach)
•2 pieces frozen pitaya (or raspberries, cherries, beets, or strawberries)
•1/4 cup pineapple (or banana, sunflower pollen or turmeric)
optional toppings like chopped pistachios, freeze dried strawberries, coconut etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

•Mix 1/3 of your yogurt and protein powder, followed by each of the three “dyes” to make 3 different colors.
•Dollop on some parchment with sticks (or even without!)
•Add your toppings, and freeze for a few hours until set before enjoying!

Makes 30 servings.
Total calories for 1 serving: 24
