CLOUD BUN RECIPE

3 eggs separated
3 tbps of cream cheese
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
sprinkle salt

Beat the cream cheese and egg yolks together until smooth . Whisk the egg whites and tartar until the whites are stuff then fold in the egg yolk mix. Spoon into a baking tray and bake until golden 17 -20 mins. When they come out they will be crisp but soften once cooled.
