Healthy Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients-
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup nuts ( cashew and almonds)
1/2 cup soft dates, pitted (7 to 8)
1 cup makhanas
1/2 Medium Sized (Cut some cubes and keep it aside
2 to 2 & 1/2 cups warm low fat / skimmed milk

Tips:-
– 10 to 15 mins soaking in warm milk is ok.
– Blend the mixture until it is super smooth.
Super important for that creamy texture
– Cut mango chunk really ting to avoid ice crystals
