Recipe :
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or leave it a little chunky, depending on your preference.
3. Add onion, tomatoes, green chilli & coriander leaves. Mix it well
4. Season it with salt, pepper, chilli flakes,oregano, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice (optional).
5. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a grill pan until crispy and golden brown.
6. Spread the mashed avocado generously over the toasted bread slices. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy your tasty avocado toast!🥑🍝
