Today I’m sharing two healthy and super easy recipes! 🍏 The first is a delicious baked oatmeal with apples, banana, nuts, and raisins — perfect for a hearty breakfast or snack! 🍎 Simply mix everything and bake for a sweet, healthy treat. The second recipe is a light and tasty potato, carrot, onion, and cabbage pancake. 🥔🥕 Quick to prepare and full of flavor, it’s fried to golden perfection and ideal for a healthy diet! 🌱 Stay healthy and enjoy every bite! 1 cup oats (100 grams)
2 apples (400-450g)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 banana (optional)
2 eggs
40g nuts
Coconut flakes
Sesame oil
10g raisins (optional)
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes
or cook in the pan on low heat until become golden brown on both sides

Slice thinly.
Onion.
Slice thinly.
Half a young cabbage.
Slice thinly.
Mix.
2 chicken eggs.
Salt.
2 tablespoons of flour.
Mix.
Fry covered on low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Flip with a plate.
Mmm… it turns out to be very delicious!
