Enjoy this low-carb pasta substitute. Healthy and tasty!
Recipe Ingredients:
.5-1 lb chicken breast
3 cups veggies
1 cup marinara sauce
1 package of Green Giant Veggie Spirals- zucchini
Steps:
-Grill chicken (I used my George Foreman grill). You can choose to sauté the chicken if grilling isn’t an option.
-Cut veggies- peppers, onions, broccoli, etc.
-Thaw zucchini spirals in medium fry pan on medium heat. Once thawed, set to side.
-Sauté veggies in medium fry pan.
-Cut chicken into strips or pieces. Combine chicken and marinara sauce in big pan or wok.
-Add veggies and zucchini to chicken and marinara.
-Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
