If you’re like me and not a fan of leafy greens, this recipe is a lifesaver.
The sandwich is super tasty and comes together quickly.:

Take two slices of bread (I use whole grain), some cream cheese (I use Philadelphia), avocado, roasted bell pepper and zucchini (I usually roast a batch on a tray for a few days and keep it in the fridge), any leafy greens, and lightly salted fish (I cure it myself—let me know in the comments if you want the recipe). Add some more leafy greens if you’d like. If needed, eat it with both hands!
