Crispy Soya Potato Cutlets – Quick & Delicious!
Ingredients:
Soya chunks (boiled & ground)
2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
4 chopped onions
Green chillies
3 tbsp corn flour
Red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala
Process:
Mix all ingredients into a dough. Shape into cutlets.
Cook on a non-stick pan with a little oil until golden & crispy!
