With Finns food intolerances, I have found it very challenging to find recipes that are not only tasty but nutritious and something Finn will eat too! No easy task let the tell you! After lots of trial and error, I have found the perfect banana and Avocado recipe and today I share my improved recipe update.

Updated Recipe:
1 cup of Plain Flour
1/2 cup of Chia Powder
1/2 cup of Faxseed Meal
3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda/Bicarbonate Soda
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1 Avocado
2 Bananas
1/4 cup of Honey
2 Eggs
