Egg salad
1) Potato –one
2) Onion-one
3) Salad Cucumber –One (small)
4) Egg –one
5) Tomato-one
6) Lemon-One
7) Coriander -3 sprigs
8) Salt & pepper –to taste
Method
Boil egg and cut into 8 pieces. Peel, cut and boil potato and keep aside. Cut other vegetable and chop coriander leaves. Take bowl and mix all vegetables, coriander leaves with lime juice and seasonings .add egg and slightly toss with vegetables. Serve with dash of lime.
