Ingredients List
🫙 For Batter:
-½ cup ragi flour (nachni atta)
-½ cup gram flour (besan)
-¾ to 1 cup water (adjust gradually)
-Salt to taste
🥕 Veggies & Masala:
-2 tbsp grated carrot
-2 tbsp finely chopped onion
-1 green chilli (finely chopped)
-½ inch ginger (grated)
-2 garlic cloves (crushed)
-½ tsp cumin seeds
-Sesame seeds (optional – for topping)
-1–2 tsp oil (for cooking)
🥜 For Peanut Chutney:
-3 tbsp roasted peanuts
-2 green chillies
-½ inch ginger
-2 garlic cloves
-Salt to taste
-Very little water (for grinding)
🛢️ For Chutney Tadka:
-2 tsp oil
-1 tsp mustard seeds
-Few curry leaves
-2 dry red chillies
-1 tsp red chilli powder
