1. Dry Roast 1 cup of Green Gram in low flame till aromatic & change color & let it cool down
2. 1/2 cup jaggery powder add 3 spoon of water just to melt it to strain the dust
3. Add 2 cardamom, pinch dry ginger powder with the green gram & grind finely
4. Add ghee roasted nuts with it & pinch of salt
5. Strain & add jaggery syrup, mix it with hand & make a balls.
