Lemon Hibiscus Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
• 1 lemon (sliced)
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cups cold water
Instructions:
1. Steep the hibiscus petals or tea bag in 2 cups of hot water for about 5–10 minutes.
2. Let it cool, then strain (if using loose petals).
3. Add sliced lemon and cold water.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight for stronger flavor.
