📝 Detailed Recipe (For Description Notes)

🌿 Sweet Potato Tikki Recipe
Ingredients:

2 medium sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 tbsp roasted besan (gram flour)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice (or as per taste)
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for shallow frying
Method:

Boil & Mash – Boil sweet potatoes just like you would aloo. Peel and mash them until smooth.
Mix It Up – Add roasted besan, chopped onions, spices (chilli, turmeric, coriander), ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and coriander leaves.
Form the Dough – Combine everything into a soft dough. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more besan.
Shape It – Take small portions and shape them into tikkis (round, oval, or fun shapes!).
Cook – Heat a little ghee (or oil) in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
Serve – Enjoy hot with a hung curd dip!

🥣 Hung Curd Dip (Quick Version)
1/2 cup hung curd
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
Chopped mint or coriander
