Dry ingredients:
3 cup Unbleached All-Purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup walnut (blend up in food processor)
1/3 cup golden flaxseed mill
1/3 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup olive oil
Wet ingredients:
1 cup water (115-120 temp)
1 Tbs agave or honey
1 Tbs yeast (let it sit for 2 min)
Bake for 60 minutes for 1 hour.
