y’all this is protein + zero sugar added breakfast GOALS right here. 🤩🏆 let’s make this jar of overnight oats, which packs in ~43g protein and 13g fiber, aka the BEST way to start the day (and it’s quiteeee tasty) 🥄 here’s the recipe:

½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 serving protein powder
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (more as needed)
1 Harken The Coconutty Lil’ One, chopped
¼ cup blueberries

add the oats, PB, protein, yogurt, coconut, and almond milk to a jar, then stir to combine. refrigerate overnight. in the A.M. top with your Harken bar and blueberries… then dig in! 🌞
