400 calories Overnight oats chia pudding 🌸
Quaker oats (¼ cup ≈ 20g)
Chia seeds (1 tbsp ≈ 12g)
Milky Mist Natural Greek Yogurt (100g = 8g protein)
So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk (100ml)
Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed Mix (1 tbsp ≈ 10g)
Mango (100g, ripe)
Process: Mix oats, chia seeds, almond milk and yogurt at night and store it in fridge.
Next day add choice of sweetener (used monkfruit sweetener ) seed mix and mango pieces then enjoy.
