● Raw Rice (200g) 1 Cup
● Lots of Mix Chopped Veggies of Your Choice
● Coriander Leaves Chopped
● Ginger Garlic Finely Chopped 1 Tbsp
● Salt to Taste
● Red Chilli Powder Half Tsp
● Garam Masala 1 Tsp
● Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
● Oil / Ghee for Greasing on Pan
● Chaat Masala for Sprinkle on Top (Optional)
