This vibrant asian style beef salad will give a boost to your day. Full of aromatic flavours, fresh taste and vibrant colours. Leaving you full and satisfied.

►► INGREDIENTS

100 g Rice noodles
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 200g Sirloin steak
2 Carrots (finely sliced)
0.5 cup(s) Radish (finely sliced)
0.25 Cucumber (finely sliced)
2 Litlle gem lettuce (cut into wedges)
2 Scallions (finely chopped)
1 Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 Red chilli (finely sliced)
1 Lime (juice)
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Handful of cilantro leaves (choped)

►► COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Put our rice noodles into a heat-proof bowl and cover them with boiling water (set aside).

In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, lime zest & juice and cilantro.

Drain the noodles and place them onto a serving board, sprinkling with chili flakes.

Assemble the lettuce, carrot, cucumber, radish, scallions, chili, mint and lemon juice.

In a frying pan over high heat, drizzle sesame oil and place the steak in the pan,

Cook for 4 minutes on each side (or to your preference).

Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

Slice the steak and place it on top of the salad.

Drizzle over the dressing you made earlier and top with a few extra mint leaves.

Enjoy!
