This is an easy, quick, and inexpensive weight loss drink you can make at home. It’s a famous mixture in Japan that offers benefits for blood sugar control, metabolism, and also helps with bloating. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 6 cloves
– 1 tablespoon black tea
– 1 tablespoon hibiscus
– 1 tablespoon rosemary

Make an infusion with 2 cups of boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes and let it cool. Transfer to a bottle and add another 6 cups of drinking water. To extract even more active ingredients, boil the cloves and cinnamon sticks. If you’re using powdered cinnamon and cloves, this isn’t necessary.
