*Ingredients:*
* Water (for boiling pasta)
* Salt (to taste)
* 1 & 1/2 cups pasta
* 2 tsp oil
*For the White Sauce:*
* Butter
* 7 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
* 1 onion (finely chopped)
* 1/4 capsicum (chopped)
* A pinch of salt
* 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
* 1 & 1/2 cups milk
* 1 tsp chilli flakes
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1/2 tsp pepper powder
* Water (as needed)
* 5 cheese slices
*Instructions:*
1. In a saucepan, boil water with salt and cook the pasta until it reaches your desired consistency. Strain the pasta, toss it with oil, and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat butter and sauté garlic, onion, and capsicum with a pinch of salt until softened.
3. Add boiled sweet corn and stir.
4. Pour in milk, followed by chilli flakes, oregano, and pepper powder. Stir continuously.
5. Add water if needed to adjust the sauce consistency, and stir in a pinch of salt and butter for extra flavor.
6. Finally, add cheese slices and mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
