5 Nights of WW Dinners! Rather easy, healthy, and delicious like really really delicious meals for WW.

I’ve been working on this video for awhile thank you for your patience.

➡️ DINNER #1 CASHEW NACHO CHEESE SAUCE (FULLY VEGAN + PLANT BASED)
Makes 13 servings, 1 serving is 1/4 cup for 3 points.

What you need:
– 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
– 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno’s
– 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno liquid
– 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
– 1/2 juice of lemon
– 2 medium sized golden potatoes
– 3 long carrots
– 6 garlic cloves
– 1/4 cup water from boiled vegetables

SEASONINGS:
– salt + pepper
– garlic powder
For the amount of seasonings this depends on your preference. I do like this cheese salty it taste more like nacho cheese when salted well. I recommend taste as you go and add more seasonings if needed!!

How to make:
STEP 1 – Soak your cashews overnight for ultimate softness. This will help them blend better.
STEP 2 – Cut your Carrots + Potatoes, peel your garlic, then add into a pot and bring to a boil until very soft about 15-18 minutes check to see if soft with fork.
STEP 3 – Drain your vegetables + potatoes and save 1/4 cup water that you boiled it in. This will go into the blender to help smooth out cheese.
STEP 4 – Add all your ingredients & aeasonings into blender, blend together until smooth.
STEP 5 – Store in mason jar with lid in the fridge

POTATO FRIES
– Cut your potatoes into slices, then toss together with seasonings, add to parchment paper and Bake on 450 for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown, tossing half way thru so each side gets crispy.
Plate your meal with 3 oz potatoes, 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce, lettuce + tomato, 1 tbsp light sour cream, and jalapeno’s.

➡️ DINNER #2 CHICKEN + SAUTEED VEG SALAD BOWL
Salad is 8 points total

3 oz sweet potato – 3sp
3 1/2 tbsp dressing – 3sp
2 tsp sunflower seeds – 1sp
2 tsp pine nuts – 1sp

What you need:
– lettuce
– chicken breast, shredded
– 1/2 of a zucchini, diced
– 3 oz sweet potato, diced
– 1 roma tomato
– 2 tsp pine nuts
– 2 tsp sunflower seeds
– 1/2 white onion, diced
– dressing of choice ( I used Bolt House Sweet Sriracha Dressing)

Seasonings Used for Veg Hash:
– Salt + Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes

How to make:
STEP 1 – Pull your chicken, cut your vegetables, then saute them in a pan sprayed with olive oil spray.
STEP 2 – Make your bowl adding lettuce, tomato, sauteed veg and hash on the top and chicken, then add dressing and serve.

➡️ DINNER #4 GARLIC PARM SHRIMP AND SWEET POTATO MASH
1/2 CUP SWEET POTATOES – 5SP
1/2 CUP FOR SHRIMP -1SP

What you need:
FOR THE SHRIMP
– shrimp, peeled
– 2 tbsp garlic parm buffalo wild wing sauce
– 1/2 juice of lemon
– 5 sprays I can’t believe it’s not butter
– salt + pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley

What you need:
SWEET POTATO HASH
– 2 Japanese sweet potatoes
– 1 tbsp I cant believe its not butter
– 1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
– salt + pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, dried parsley

How to make:
In a bowl season your shrimp, add lemon juice, and spray butter then in a skillet spray with olive oil spray and cook shrimp until done.
Once shrimp is cooked place in clean bowl and add your 2 tbsp garlic parm sauce and stir well.

How to make:
Peel, cut, and clean your potatoes. Then boil in water with some salt until soft, then drain your potatoes. In a bowl add 1 tbsp I cant believe its not butter, your seasonings, and 1/4 cup milk, then mash together until smooth.

Makes 6 servings, 1 serving is 1/2 cup for 4 points.
