INGREDIENTS
▪️12 Medjool dates
▪️1 cup oats
▪️1/2 cup hazelnuts
▪️2 tbsp cocoa powder
▪️1/2 cup peanut butter
Topping: 250g chocolate melted and crushed hazelnuts
METHOD
▪️Soak your dates in warm water for around 30 minutes until soft, then drain (but keep the water)
▪️Add the dates, oats, hazelnuts, peanut butter and cocoa powder to a blender and blitz until the mixture comes together. If too dry can slowly add some of the water from drained dates. If too wet, slowly add more oats
▪️Shape into bars and freeze for one hour.
▪️Melt chocolate, and coat each bar in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Refrigerate until set.
