Ingredients –
For the base:

1 cup soaked yellow moong dal

2 green chillies (optional)

2 cloves garlic (optional)

Salt to taste

1 cup chopped spinach (optional)/ coriander leaves

Seasoning – 1 tsp kalonji seeds, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp pepper, chilli flakes

For toppings –

90g low fat paneer (homemade – Comment “paneer” to get the recipe)

½ cube cheese

Any veggies of choice

2 tbsp pizza sauce (I use homemade)

Basil leaves (optional)

Corns

🌸 Grind soaked moong, chillies, salt and garlic into a smooth paste along with some water. (The consistency should be that of a dosa batter)

🌸 Add chopped spinach or coriander leaves and all the seasonings into this batter and mix well.

🌸 Make a regular cheela (a little thicker) on a non-stick tava or iron tava and while it is partially cooked add low fat crumbled paneer on top.

🌸 Using a spatula, press onto the paneer so that it sticks well to the uncooked side of the cheela.

🌸 Now flip and cook for 3–4 mins until the paneer side is golden.

🌸 Now add your pizza sauce, veggies, basil and cheese.

🌸 Cover and cook on low flame for 8–10 mins until the veggies have softened and cheese has melted.
