You don’t need to ditch bread to eat healthy!
It is what we eat with bread and the quantity that matters. ✅
RECIPE (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
Onion- 1 medium
Capsicum – 1 large
Tomato – 1 medium
Mushroom- 200g
Oil- 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp (optional)
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add sliced onions, saute. Add turmeric powder. Mix well.
2. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.
3. Now, add tomatoes, capsicum and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Then, add sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 mins.
5. Add salt, pepper powder and oregano and cook for 2-3 mins. Switch off the stove.
Served sauteed mushroom-capsicum with bread toast. Enjoy! 😋
